Client confidentiality
International partners
Our policy is to protect the confidentiality of our international clients with the highest standards. We focus on outsourcing services to help international animation studios to alleviate some specific usually non-essential or non-story-telling aspects of the production so that they can focus on essential work and creativity, and, unless it is already public knowledge that we have participated in the production of a work, we will not disclose such information.
We do appreciate greatly when our work is recognized that our clients have publicly disclosed our partnership, maybe even offered a website link exchange, and this usually helps to boost both parties’ notoriety, but it is up to our clients to decide to so according to their own internal needs.
By default, all information from non-chinese partners is considered confidential.
Local partners
The policy for Chinese partners is more open, cooperation within all industries in China is extremely important and companies do not see each another as competitors but as partners and will often contact each another as sub-contractors or co-producers. When the required level of confidentiality by a Chinese partner is unclear, we will adapt the information we can disclose on a case by case basis and will always follow our client feedback and recommendations on this manner.
Internal transparency
You can find our office address and photos, the Director and most of the staff is easily accessible upon demand from costumers we work with, we accept visits to our offices all year along, and we are pleased to let you see and meet our employees by videoconference with the help of a colleague to translate to your language if necessary (English/French/Korean for Shenyang office). We use privacy friendly Koko analytics to know which pages are viewed the most.
